Return Policy

All claims regarding Misprinted / Damaged / Defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of the item.
All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims that are deemed an error by us will be met at our own expense.

If you notice a problem with the products or anything else with the order, please contact us!

Production and Shipping Time

Production Time 1-5 Business Days (usually 2 days)
Standard Shipping Time 2-5 Business Days (usually 3 days)

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

If the product reaches the Printing company as a return, it will be donated to charities if it exceeds 4 weeks. The person himself is responsible for this situation.

Please do not forget to contact us when you encounter such a situation. I want you to know that we will do our best for you.

What should I do if the order is lost in the mail?

All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We will bear the shipping costs of the reprint and replacement order for you.

The package shows as delivered, but what to do if you did not receive the package?

First of all, you should check with your local post office. You should ask where they left the product. In some cases, we have witnessed it being left to your neighbors.
In this case, please contact us. We can assist you in rectifying the situation.

Custom and personalized orders

There is a personalization section in the product you request personalization. Please write your request in the box there, within the framework of the appropriate instructions.

If the product you want to personalize does not have a customization section, please let us know if you can do so. If it's a feasible request, we'll get your approval by sending you a sample image. If you like it, write a reminder note to the seller in the purchase section.
